“Very very long queue when peak hour. The food turn out very nice and tasty. No wonder people willing to wait for just to get seat. Love the udon and green tea. Hot green tea can re-fill ourself. All sushis taste great! Staff work professional but too much movement, this can be inconvenient for some customer seeing them run there and here. Price wise above average, but worth it. Must try once a while. Paywave (cashless) available. Cashier will need prepare some cash for change. Not everyone have credit card to pay cashless.”

Ramen Champion is a ramen shop located in Bugis+. We’d say that it’s a bit hidden, but once you find it, it’s worth the effort. When you walk in, you’ll immediately notice how much space is available for seating. There’s also plenty of room to rest your chopsticks.
We tried the pork shoyu ramen ($10), and I liked it a lot. It wasn’t overly spicy or salty, and had a nice balance of flavors. The noodles were good too – they weren’t dry or mushy, and were tender without being mushy. It’s a shame that the soup is only available for a limited time.
The portions are pretty generous too, with a bowl of ramen enough for two. I recommend going for the large portion though, since there’s also a small side of bread. It’s a great place to get ramen in Singapore, and we’ll be coming back here again soon.
👍 Why You Should Choose Them
- Offers a wide variety of ramen options
- Large seating area with ample space for chopsticks
- Pork shoyu ramen is well balanced with good flavor and tender noodles
- Generous portions with option for large sizes

⭐ Customer Reviews Based On Their Experience
“Back to try again after many years! Honestly, it wasn’t as good as it once was. Had the stamina ramen, which was shiok because of the beansprouts and all. Chicken Karaage was good, chawanmushi was alright but small portion. For a ramen fix, it works, but not something mind blowing.”

The Una Una is one of the most popular Japanese restaurants in Singapore, and we’ve been craving their Unagi for years. The grilled unagi is cooked to perfection – the marinated beef is perfectly seasoned and has a great crispy texture. It doesn’t get mushy, and it tastes great with the sauces that are served with it.
We love how they do the sweet and savory tares. They’re made from scratch, and they’re delicious. We especially like the sweet tare with unagi, which adds a burst of sweetness to the unagi.
While the restaurant itself is always packed, the wait times aren’t really that bad. The wait time can go up to 30 minutes sometimes, but it’s not that bad.

“Genuinely enjoyed myself here! We opted for the salmon rice bowl with the lobster soup add-on and were pleasantly surprised by how good they tasted!! We were given a hot stone to heat the lobster soup to which we had to pour it into our rice bowls after its boiled. Of course this experience was one of a kind and was definitely a fun one. Both the rice bowl and lobster broth were flavourful and hearty – on its own and when mixed together. One of the best food ive eaten in a while. The waiter was polite and helpful, and the price is definitely affordable by town area standards, although it depends on what you order. Highly recommended!”
