Birds of Paradise is a delicacy that will delight both your eyes and your sense of taste, made from first-rate natural ingredients, especially their handcrafted waffle cones with a faint herb fragrance.

Flowers, herbs, spices, and nuts are commonly used to produce a magnificent flavors and scents that sets their gelato apart. Imagine consider exotic flavors such as white chrysanthemum, strawberry basil, and spiced pear.

“Amazing ice cream flavors! Highly recommend the white chrysanthemum which is one of their signature flavors, the strawberry basil was so refreshing with every bite, pistachio was earthy, rich, nutty and savory all at once, chocolate was really thick but a tad too rich after a while. If you like cones, their waffle cones are made right in the shop and so delicious~ Highly recommend! We also bought a pint for takeaway and they gave a really nice reusable cooler bag~”

We love Apiary. They serve up delicious ice cream made from scratch, and they do it in a very small and intimate setting. Apiary is a cozy little shop and it’s not fancy or fancy-looking, but it’s incredibly inviting.

There are tables inside and the decor is warm and inviting and the staff is friendly and helpful. And since it’s a small place, you can easily share a dessert with your friend or two. You’ll find an incredible variety of ice cream flavors, including some that you probably wouldn’t expect like!

We were surprised to find that Apiary offers waffle cones, too! The waffles are made with a special recipe and baked on site, and they’re absolutely delicious.

We recommend that you order a waffle cone or a cup of coffee and then head over to the counter to get your ice cream. Afterward, you can sit at a table or take a break and enjoy your meal.

“Apiary’s ice creams are really good, gosh the richness and creaminess from the Sicilian Pistachio and Blue Milk, wow! Just WOW! We came by around 9pm yesterday, greeted by an Indian female staff to our table, we were skeptical about Apiary’s service at first cause of the bad reviews online, but needless to say, this staff definitely made our day. She was doing her job cheerfully and being all friendly despite busy cleaning the tables and handling the customers. She was well mannered and went extra mile to serve us. In fact, all of their staffs were well presented. I definitely had a good time there and kudos to the team!”

“Hands down, my favourite ice-cream parlour in sg 😍 Have been patronising for more than a year. Don’t let it’s ulu address in the suburbs fool you; this place is very popular at night. Many youngsters come here for supper, so you’d like have to queue for a table during those timings. If you’re here just for the ice-cream, opt to take away to avoid a long wait for a table (would recommend cup over cone as the ice cream melts quite fast).”

“Ice cream waffles were great. Waffles were perfectly cooked, nice soft and fluffy. We got the chocolate ice cream which was rich and went well with the waffles. Great dessert to have after a nice meal. Weekends are a little crowded as expected, but I would think that it’s a great place to hang out if you are in the area and want some place to chill with your friends.”

“Waffles and ice cream are seriously good! Waffles were light and crispy, Earl Grey flavour was very strong (yummy!) and the camomile honey flavour was pretty good. “Nice cafe vibes! Place was really clean and aesthetic and also spacious! Tried their pistachio and Matcha almond gelato, and its really good, very creamy and rich! Love both the flavors! Hot Matcha latte was very good too, not very sweet and quite fragrant too! Friends tried their lychee sorbet, which had real fruits but was quite sweet in our opinion.
