We are first time cat owner and Jing and Sam have helped us with this transition superbly. We were given thorough instructions before we took the kitten home and they have both remain in contact with us on messages whenever we need any advice. Our kitten was already toilet trained when she came to us at 3 months of age so that makes it very easy for us. It just took her a couple of days to adjust to a new environment and right now, she is the queen with a very kind and gentle attitude :)”
