Tigerlily Patisserie is a Joo Chiat pastry shop working French technique with an Asian slant, using seasonal produce. Bakes come out in limited quantities each day, so the counter shifts depending on when you go. It's run by executive pastry chef Maxine Ngooi, who trained in Michelin-starred kitchens and at Brae and Koi Dessert Bar.
