Olsen Bakehouse is a Joo Chiat bakery whose thing is chiffon cakes, baked with less sugar and natural flavours and colours.
Alongside whole cakes they sell sliced cakes by the piece, including a vegan banana hazelnut slice at $8.50. There is free flexi-time home delivery on orders over $100.
Worth it for: anyone after a lighter, less-sweet chiffon cake for a birthday or celebration, with delivery if you spend enough.
