Nimbus is a homegrown cafe on Joo Chiat Road, doing all-day brunch classics with a focus on coffee. The house blend is 100% Arabica from Brazil and Ethiopia, and latte art is part of the pitch.
The menu runs to comfort brunch plates: the Golden Waffle, the Breakfast of Champions, Classic Churros and Nutella Cheesecake among them, with a Greek yoghurt listed at $10 at the lighter end. Beyond the dine-in, Nimbus does island-wide delivery and self-pickup daily from 8am to 3pm (free delivery on orders from $85, otherwise a $20 fee), plus private venue hire and hands-on latte art workshops.
Worth it for: a Joo Chiat brunch built around the coffee, or a small group doing a latte art session, rather than a quick grab-and-go.
