This is the cafe and bar side of the Museum of Ice Cream at Dempsey, on Loewen Road. It sits alongside the ticketed attraction and serves cocktails, beers and bar bites, plus milkshakes and sundaes for the non-drinkers.
The menu runs to seasonal sundaes, milkshakes, coffee and tea, and an alfresco bar for cocktails. The Sprinkle Pool Sundae is listed at $20. There is a retail shop for Singapore-only Museum of Ice Cream merchandise, and the space takes private events and group bookings.
Worth it for: a pink-themed drink or dessert stop at Dempsey, or a group booking, rather than anyone after a quiet neighbourhood cafe.
