This business has closed. The Bukit Timah track at The Grandstand has permanently closed. Google lists the business as permanently closed, and the Turf Club Road site it sat on is being redeveloped.
Still open: The Karting Arena Jurong is an operating alternative we have checked.
What it was, for the record:
The Karting Arena Bukit Timah is an electric go-kart track at The Grandstand off Turf Club Road. The circuit runs 500m over nine turns, with CIK-FIA-homologated Tecpro barriers, tyre walls and a remote-stop system, so the safety side is properly covered.
What they run:
- Fun Karting, a quick session that suits both adults and younger kids.
- Grand Prix and Mini GP group formats, with qualifying and a final race for a more competitive session.
- Kids' birthday packages, with outdoor tables where you can bring your own cake and drinks.
The Grand Prix F1 Experience is priced from around $120 per pax.
Worth it for: a group outing, team activity or kids' party with a bit of speed to it, rather than solo practice laps. Where: 200 Turf Club Road, #01-01B The Grandstand. Hours: Wednesday to Friday, 1pm to 8:30pm; Saturday and Sunday, 10am to 9pm; closed Monday and Tuesday. Book at thekartingarena.com.
